Having earned both a BBA (Major in Management) and an MBA (Major in HRM) from the esteemed University of Dhaka, Mr. Nur E Alam has established himself as a versatile and academically proficient individual. As the founder of MY WINDOW, an HR Consulting firm, he has showcased entrepreneurial leadership in the human resources domain.

Currently serving as the Group HR General Manager at TEAM Group, Mr. Nur E Alam plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall human resources strategy for the organization. His professional journey
includes significant roles such as Head of Bangladesh HR operations at TUV-SUD Bangladesh Ltd,

Group HR Manager at Ha-Meem Group, and valuable contributions to HR teams at Bureau Veritas CPS (BD) Ltd, Nokia Siemens Networks (BD) Ltd, and Zamil Steel (Bangladesh Liason Office).
